Kozy Manor in Clark County, WA currently has 16 matted stalls (10'x12') with paddocks (10'x27') which have rubber mats inside and sand outside and 27 matted box stalls (12'x12'). There are also ten 1/2 acre pastures with covered shelters (14'x16'). Five additional 1/2 acre pastures without shelter are available for turnouts. The total property consists of 20 acres with a number of dirt and gravel roads and other outdoor riding areas. We also have a 60'x100', covered, lighted riding arena and a 100'x200' outdoor arena and a 60' round pen.

Newly constructed: an outdoor 180 foot diameter, honeycomb round pen (this is one large round pen with four separate 50 foot round pens inside).

Basic feeding consists of Timothy hay, Oats and Barley with a vitamin\mineral supplement added. Any owner supplied feed or grain supplements will also be fed. Barn horses are fed 3 times a day, pastured horses are fed twice daily. Stalls and paddocks are cleaned daily, shelters once a week, and pastures as needed. Shared, locked, tack rooms are available for storage. Hot water is available for washing horses.

Shot clinics are held twice a year, Oct. and April. Required shots are West Nile, Tetnus, Flu, Rhino, and Strangles. Hoof Care, and obtaining a farrier is the responsiblity of the horse owner.
