Kozy-Manor Stables, Inc. is a full care facility for horse boarding, training, and riding lessons featuring reasonable rates. We are located approx. 1.5 miles east of the Clark County fairgrounds. Boxstalls, stalls with paddocks, and pastures with shelters are available. A covered, lighted riding arena, large outdoor arena, and trails around the property provide lots of riding room.

We also have some listings for Horses For Sale. Some of these horses reside at the stables, others belong to friends and such. We are also working on a page full of Equestrian Web Links to other horse related sites and an Appy Page for information particular to the Appaloosa breed.

Kozy Manor currently has 16 stalls (10'x12') with paddocks (10'x27') which have rubber mats inside and sand outside and 27 matted box stalls (12'x12').
